SILENT LEGES INTER ARMA Release Debut Album

German black metallers SILENT LEGES INTER ARMA have announced the release of their self-titled debut album via Eisenwald. The album comes in Deluxe Digipack with booklet, executed with black cartone/paper and fine gold ink.
According to a press release: "‘Silent leges inter arma’ was a quote from the Roman politician and philosopher Cicero. Roughly translated, it means ‘Under the weapons the laws keep silent’.”
