STAMPKASE - "We Didn’t Rush On Having A Record Out Just For The Sake Of It"

Azorean modern metallers STAMPKASE have announced that Mechanorganism will be the title of their forthcoming debut album to be released November 3rd. The band recently commentef on the writing process for the album:
However, we kept our writing the most up leveled we could. The same to say we gave 200% to bring you a cool mood, whether it is a perfect album or not. Because of that we spend a long time filing edges and making sure everyone in the band was conscious that gave their best.
As any self-demanding band, we didn’t rush on having a record out just for the sake of it. This is something to do with responsibility with both ourselves and the audience. So, every detail on this record was duly analyzed and this is one of the reasons it took so long to be done, though it doesn't sound mechanic. After all, we didn't have anyone pressing us, what gives this album a more genuine feeling.
We are not sure where we will be next time, but for sure the writing on this album was something special. It is like your first time on everything. It had to be special."
Mechanorganism was recorded separately in Azores and Portugal mainland during the last two years.
Drum tracks were recorded in Ultrasound studio (ANGELUS APATRIDA, HEAVENWOOD, W.A.K.O., SWITCHTENSE) in Braga, Portugal with engineer Pedro Mendes. All other tracks were captured in their home with José Miranda and Carlos Rijo. Mixing and mastering duties were handled by Daniel Cardoso (Angelus Apatrida, ANNEKE VAN GIERSBERGEN).
