FaceCulture spoke with STONE SOUR's Corey Taylor (SLIPKNOT) about the double concept album House Of Gold & Bones, books, documentaries, history, favorite era, racism, lessons drawn from American history, his book about paranormal issues, ambitions, variety of interests, natural energy and the next album and more.

Watch the interview in two parts below:

According to ABC News Radio, it appears that we’ll be getting another book from Corey Taylor in the near future.

Earlier this year Taylor released a book about his life as a “sinner,” titled Seven Deadly Sins: Settling The Argument Between Born Bad And Damaged Good. Now the singer says that he’s almost completed writing his second book.

“I’m about 15-20,000 words from being finished,” Taylor tells ABC News Radio. “Book two should be turned in the next few months and hopefully get out by summer.”

Taylor revealed that the focus of his next book will be ghosts. “The working title is A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Heaven, and it’s basically my experiences with ghosts, which I know is going to freak a lot of people out,” he explains. “It’s just about the things I’ve seen, the places I’ve lived, telling some of my friend’s stories, because it seems like everyone either has a ghost story or desperately wants one.”
