THE DEFILED have made available their ReWorks EP, exclusively via the Jagermeister website. The five track release - a reworking of their 1888 EP - will be available for one month, before seeing it’s physical release as part of the bonus disc that comes with their debut album, Grave Time”, via Raise The Game on February 14th.

The full tracklisting is as follows:

'The Resurrectionists' (No Morals ReWork Edit)

'End Of Innocence' (The AvD's Chop-shop ReWork)

'1888' (Low Morals ReWork)

'Permanent Reminder' (Immoral Brakes Mix)

'Red Tape' (Demoralized ReWork)

Keyboard player The AvD comments: “These ReWorks are actually something we are quite proud of. We didn’t want to make just an other remix CD in the style of whatever dance music is popular at the moment. I wanted to create something that we would actually listen too and enjoy! It's quite cool, I got Stitch down to re-sing 'The Ressurectionists’ and with the exception of ‘Permanent Reminder’ which is definitely a break-beat remix, I wanted them to be tracks that could stand on their own. As a thank you to all the people who have believed in us since day one, we are giving this one out for free via our good friends at Jagermeister!”

Simply go to the music section on the band’s music page at this location to download.

The Defiled have been confirmed as openers on the UK leg of the upcoming MURDERDOLLS tour. Frontman Stitch D comments.

“We can't wait to be a part of this tour! Having been fans of Murderdolls for some time it's gona be great to be sharing the stage with ‘em every night. It'll be our first outing in 2011 promoting our new album, so we're looking forward to be playing more new stuff! The amount of hairspray and make up used between the three bands on the bill could reach new heights! Who needs an ozone layer anyway?”

The tour comes up front of the release of their debut album, Grave Times, which hits the streets Valentines Day 2011, via Raise The Game Records.

The album is also covermounted on the new issue of Metal Hammer magazine (out now), putting the debut album straight into the hands of tens of thousands of metalheads. Keyboard player The AvD says:

“We had been gearing up to release our new album for ages, we were at the final mixing stages, when we got a call from Hammer asking us if we would like to release it as a cover mount on the magazine in the new year. For us it was a no brainier. We have always said that we don't give a fuck about record sales, we just want our music to be heard by as many people as possible and I can't think of a better way to do that other than this! So we are very proud to announce that we are giving out our album for free on Metal Hammer’s January issue! Merry Christmas and have a happy fucking new year!”
