THE INVINCIBLE CZARS Release Cover Of VAN HALEN's "Right Now" In Celebration Of Song's 30th Anniversary

Austin-based art-rockers, The Invincible Czars, have released a middle-eastern-influenced prog rock version of Van Halen's "Right Now", in celebration of the original song's 30th anniversary.

The track was a last request from a dying fan on the band's email list. The rush to complete the request on time was thwarted by pandemic complications. It was originally set to be a bonus track on the Czars' 2021 Van Halen tribute EP, Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love, but the pandemic complicated completion in time.

Meter changes and weird vocals abound with duelling violin/guitar solo over a bass synth polka in the middle. Listen here, and/or below:
