THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT - New Demo Online; Festival Appearances Announced

Dutch metallers THE MONOLITH DEATHCULT have posted the following update at their website:
"Well well, the way things can change in a short while...The last time we played in "deathmetalcapital" Tilburg was a gig in a pub called The Little Devil. Now we'll play April 9th at the No Mercy Festival 2007. Yes, it's the festival everyone says they'll 'skip this year', but everyone turns up every year all the same.
We are really looking forward to playing together with MOONSPELL, OBITUARY, BEHEMOTH and EXTREME NOISE TERROR.
We are also added to the lineup of the Baggerfest (a very promising name for a festival) where we'll play together with SUFFOCATION, ENSIFERIUM and GODDESS OF DESIRE. The Baggerfest will be held in Rijssen (close to the German border) on March 30th, 2007."
The band have also made a new, rough demo track, entitled 'Laeodecian Hunger', available at their MySpace page.
As previously reported, the band recently inked a new deal with Mascot Records and plan to release their new, as-yet-untitled album in spring, 2007.
Tracks expected to be featured on the release include: 'The Androgynous One', 'Laeodecian Hunger', 'Coldness Wraps This Suffering Clay', 'Master Of The Bryansk Forst', 'Wrath Of The Ba’ath', 'The Way Forward' and 'K-141 Kursk'.
