Update: BRET MICHAELS - "I'm Not Engaged... Yet"; Custom Built Album Lands At #14 On Billboard 200

Despite reports that rocker BRET MICHAELS has proposed to his on-again, off-again girlfriend of 16 years, Kristi Lynn Gibson (via Star), he says it's not true.
"No. We are not engaged yet," Michaels said during a CBS Early Show interview on Wednesday morning. "We're a work in progress."Although Gibson has been spotted with serious bling on her finger, Michaels called it "a promise ring ... a friendship ring, with benefits. That's what we call it."
In other news, Michaels' new album, Custom Built, has landed at #14 on the Billboard 200 chart, sellin 22,000 copies in the US in it's first week of release.
