Debut album Home was engineered by members of MONUMENTS and mixed by Paul Ortiz from CHIMP SPANNER. Visions released their debut video, 'Desinent', from the album which quickly drew more than 100k views on YouTube, but many commenters found it difficult to place the band in any one genre, a fact that the band are more than appreciative of, as bass player Dave Evans explains:
"The whole ethos behind Visions is to play music we all enjoy playing, incorporating different ideas from different places. This is what Progressive music is all about, and we consider it somewhat of an achievement that people find it hard to pinpoint us on the genre front when there are so many subgenres in metal today to place bands into. Attentive; Reverie is collectively our favourite song on Home, so we've been planning to do something special for it for awhile. We put a lot of effort into this video, and I think we did a great job on the narrative, considering we had no budget for this project. "Visions are currently working on their next EP and have also announced a small run of dates across the south of England with label mates, NO CONSEQUENCE. Dates are as follows:
May
4 - Meze - Newport, UK5 - The Garage - London, UK
6 - The Haunt - Brighton, UK
