The Doom Shall Rise VI festival is scheduled for April 17th and 18th 2009 at the Chapel in Göppingen (near Stuttgart, Germany).
Organizers have issued the following: "WARNING have cancelled their performance at Doom Shall Rise as they have decided to disband. German doom veterans VOODOOSHOCK will step in."
Confirmed acts now include: BLACK SHAPE OF NEXUS, EXTORIAN, GRIFTEGÅRD, LORD OF THE GRAVE, LORD VICAR, OMEGA MASSIF, PAGAN ALTAR, REINO ERMITAÑO, THE LAMP OF THOTH, REVELATION, SEMLAH, SHEVER, SYRACH, TORTURED SPIRIT, VOODOOSHOCK, WINO.
