MANIAC SPIDER TRASH - Dumpster Mummies

Originally issued as a strictly limited run of 500 cassettes back in 1994, Dumpster Mummies marks the earliest, albeit low budget, recordings from Wednesday 13 in his very first band, Maniac Spider Trash. W13 was only 18 years old when these six songs, which come from the same coffin as White Zombie, were released. The audio quality is definitely at a demo level, making this the type of disc that’s normally reserved for bonus tracks in a box set. But given the current popularity of Murderdolls, it makes sense to dust off these cobweb-covered relics. The accompanying booklet features black and white photos; reproductions of old show flyers and liner notes written by Abby Normal – the other half of Maniac Spider Trash. A second CD, Murder Happy Fairytales, is set to follow.
