Swiss melodic-folk-death-metallers ELUVEITIE have issued the following update:

"With two weeks to go Cam Pipes from 3 Inches Of Blood shares what he thinks about our upcoming tour together:

'This is gonna be an interesting tour for us. We’re used to being on tours with metalcore/screamo bands and we stick out like a sore thumb. This tour, I think we’ll share more musical similarities with the other bands and therefore will be playing to a more like-minded crowd. At the same time, each band brings something unique to the tour. I’m predicting all the bands will get along famously. This should be a treat for our fans too ‘cause they’ll be seeing us with styles of bands that we aren’t mached up with too often!'

Thank you Cam Pipes, and we agree: this is going to be a blast. We’d like to add for anyone thinking the package is a little weird: If you’ve ever seen any of the bands live imagine that energy times four and you know what to expect on this tour and why it fits just right.

Record a video of yourself performing whatever you do best to our song 'Thousandfold', upload it on www.youtube.com and send us the link to contest@eluveitie.ch. Don’t forget to include your name, age, and of course where you’re from / which show you are planning to attend. If we like what we see and it’s easy to put on stage we might invite you to join us on stage at a show near you.

Any winners will be handpicked by the band and will receive free entry (for a friend if you’ve already got your ticket), if possible early access to the venue, meet the band before the show and will finally perform the Song Thousandfold on stage with the band during their show. All videos will appear under 'Favourites' on Eluveitie’s Youtube channel and of course every participation is welcome even if you are from outside the US and Canada. You might just earn yourself some other kind of reward if you’re lucky.
