ALESTORM guitarist Gavin Harper has issued the following update:

"Hey guys and dolls!

I'm just firing this out to clear up a 'trend' in our inbox that I've noticed recently!

We're getting a load of requests to send folk signed CDs (2-3 requests a day). We cannot offer this at the moment, not due to laziness/a lack of willingness/or refusing to hook up the people who support us. We have to say this because we currently all live in different parts of the UK (I'm 40 miles from Dani, 60 miles from Wilson and 450 miles from Chris) and very soon, I myself will be living on the other side of the continent so we don't see each other very often, and to post it between each of us would cost us a lot of money which we're not big nor rich enough to afford at the moment.

I know this sounds pretty harsh, it's just I don't like leaving folk disappointed, it's just something that we're in no position to do at the moment....

That said, us signing it would probably devalue the fucking thing anyway! Haha!

We're happy to do stuff brought to us at gigs and so on, it's just we honestly cannot do this for every request and we don't have any CDs of our own to pre-sign when we're all together, so it's something that I am really sorry, we just cannot do!

Thanks for your support and understanding!"
