AMBERIAN DAWN Guitarist Kasperi Heikkinen To Assist GAMMA RAY On Upcoming Dates

Due to a retina detachment, GAMMA RAY guitarist/keyboardist Henjo Richter was hospitalized on March 16th to undergo surgery. A retinal detachment is a disorder of the eye in which the retina peels away from its underlying layer of support tissue.
Gamma Ray have issued the following update: "Henjo's eye surgery went better than expected. Nevertheless, Henjo cannot play the shows in Lichtenfels, Prague, Langen and Saarbrücken.
The band decided to engage guitar player Kasperi Heikkinen (AMBERIAN DAWN) from Finland again to play the four shows mentioned above. Kasperi already replaced Henjo for a few shows in 2006."
