AUTOPSY - Chris Reifert Interviewed On Heady Metal With Jeff Olson

Drummer and vocalist Chris Reifert of San Francisco Bay Area gore grind act Autopsy was interviewed on the May 2nd edition of Heady Metal With Jeff Olson, the Internet radio show hosted by original Trouble drummer Jeff “Oly” Olson (The Skull, Victor Griffin). In April, Autopsy released their seventh studio album, Tourniquets, Hacksaws, And Graves. It was recorded at Fantasy Studios with producer Adam Munoz, and sees a continuation of Autopsy’s pursuit of the ultimate in metallic horror and extremity.
As recently reported, Vic Records announced the signing of Violation Wound, Reifert’s new punk/rock/metal band where he steps away from the drum chair to play guitar and sing vocals. Due on May 26th, the band’s debut album features guest appearances from Danny Coralles and Eric Cutler (both guitar players in Autopsy). The album track, "Don't Believe It" can be heard below.
