"Hidey-ho, m’Lords and Ladies!

It’s Murphy’s Law that whenever I have a million tasks to complete right before I make another cross-Atlantic trek, a million more jump on the bandwagon, waving their little neon orange flags. Hey, the more the merrier! Hm…

I know I’m always talking about being excited because new cool things are happening, but I am and they are!!! So here’s the latest: everything is going so well with Windows that I’m going to be releasing it OFFICIALLY this May! May 8th, to be exact. What the heck does that mean? Well, it means that I’m technically re-releasing it and it’s going to be slightly different than the first version. It also means that those of you who already ordered a copy of Windows now have a rare and limited edition of said album because I only have a few left and won’t be making any more of those. It also means that I’m working in conjunction with a couple of teams that are going to help me get Windows out to change the hearts and souls of as many people as possible. Ooo, that sounded a little cult-ish creepy, now, didn’t it? Let’s say, touch as many people as possible. Reach? Oh, you know what I mean! But mainly, it means that Windows is going to be released in all its glory, which will, quite simply, rawk. J

Needless to say, this all means that a lot of stuff needs to get done and it’s all in the works right now. A new website is coming, a new MySpace page, some videos and all kinds of fun stuff. Woot! (That was totally for my cousin, Marianne, who loves a good 'woot,' as some of you might remember from vlog #23 of the Epica tour.)

So, the EPICA pre-production is now done and the real recordings will start soon, thus I am heading back to the States for a few weeks to get some business taken care of on my native soil. I will keep you up on the up and up of Windows and all things Somerville. Up. What an absurd-sounding word."
