BRET MICHAELS has released a guitar/vocal demo, 'Farewell To Regis', in tribute to the recently retired talk show host via iTunes or the Amazon link below:
At the age of 80, Emmy Award winner Regis Philbin co-hosted his final airing of Live With Regis And Kelly, last Friday, November 18th. Michaels was a guest on the show two days prior, on November 16th. During that episode, Michaels performed 'Farewell To Regis' live on air - see the video below. However that song is actually a reworking of the POISON classic 'Every Rose Has It's Thorn', albeit with different lyrics.
Former host of the hugely popular game show, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Regis holds the Guinness World Record for the most time spent in front of a television camera, having logged over 16,000 hours.
