Austin, TX's renowned, critically-acclaimed black/doom metal pioneers BROWN JENKINS are set to release their final work and third for Moribund Records on November 24th. Moving much farther beyond the death-drone, apocalyptic atmospheres of their second, Angel Eyes, the new record, entitled Death Obsession, is a monstrous, epic journey into grave worldviews and funeral resonance on the edge of a collapsing civilization. With seven songs and over 60 minutes of music this final album blasts open new avenues of expression for black metal artists while solidifying the band's place as one of the most innovative groups from the American scene.
