CANNIBAL CORPSE Making Sure New Album Is "Heaviest, Most Brutal One We've Ever Made"

As previously reported, Tampa-based death metal gurus CANNIBAL CORPSE will be entering Mana Studios in St. Petersburg, FL on October 17th with producer Erik Rutan (MORBID ANGEL, HATE ETERNAL) to begin recording their 10th studio album. According to a band update, "The recording and mixing should be complete by December, and the album's release date will hopefully be sometime in March of 2006. After the release, we look forward to getting out on the road and performing for all of our great fans worldwide. As for the new album, we are doing everything we can to make sure it's the heaviest, most brutal one we've ever made. We have 11 songs completed and if possible we'd like to write one or two more before entering the studio. Check the website for tour dates and studio reports in the coming weeks."
