Rock My Monkey has issued the following update in regards to the first Drum Wars Battle featuring legendary drummers CARMINE APPICE and VINNY APPICE:
"So the April 22nd Drum Wars show was changed to June 3rd. The rest of the world waits to see when this amazing show will be brought to their hometown. Well, how about this then? How about we kick off a contest where you people tell us why this show needs to come to your hometown? How much will your hometown embrace the spectacle that is the Appice brothers battling it out to see which pronunciation of their iconic name is correct? Which brother is your favorite and why? Is it the hard rock style of older brother Carmine? The ballad-less leanings of younger brother Vinny? Tell us why you are the ultimate Appice fan!Why you ask? Well, the winner will win a call from these two legends. That's right folks. The Appice brothers will call you at a set time (to be determined) and chat for 30 minutes. How cool is that?
