CHICKENFOOT - featuring former VAN HALEN singer SAMMY HAGAR and bassist Michael Anthony, guitarist JOE SATRIANI and RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS drummer Chad Smith - will release their sophomore album, Chickenfoot III, tomorrow (Tuesday, September 27th).

Chickenfoot - for which drummer Kenny Aronoff will be filling in for Chad Smith for upcoming live dates - are offering fans a very special free Live Concert Webcast: Chickenfoot Presents III on release day, September 27th. At 6 PM (PST) the band will perform tracks from the new album at TRI Studios in Marin County, California and host a 30-minute Q&A; session with the fans at Chickenfoot.us.

“These are exciting times,” said Hagar. “When a band can have the technology to allow them to perform in a state-of-the-art setting and take that performance out around the world is amazing! I’m up for that!”

Fans can submit their questions to be included in the live Q&A; session at Chickenfoot.us leading up to the live webcast. Special promotional opportunities to be a member of the live in-studio audience in the studio will be announced on the band’s social sites. The webcast will rebroadcast on the band’s website on September 28th at 12 noon.

Chickenfoot recently announced dates on their 2011 Road Test Tour. The jaunt is taking them through San Francisco, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Chicago and New York early November.
