CHILDREN OF BODOM fans site Scythes Of Bodom recently issued the following update on keyboardist Janne Warman's forthcoming WARMEN album:
"The long wait for the eagerly anticipated new Warmen album could be over, with the news that the band will release their fourth album later this year. Janne said in December that they have vocals on one song and he had been editing on his laptop to help with the mixing; 'Antti is playing guitar solos as we speak ... we are almost on schedule.'Interviewed in January, Janne's brother and co-Warmen member Antti talked about the album, saying that this time around expect something heavier, with more aggressive guitar riffs. There will be just two instrumental tracks, and every song has a different singer. Janne reports that the album will feature 'some killer vocalists' but for now he's keeping their identities a secret (along with the album's title) so we're just going to have to wait and see. But according to Antti the next Warmen album will be the best ever because it has 'the best songs, best vocalists and the best sounds.'
A video of some very professional vocal recordings (which features some known faces) will soon be released online. Until then you can check out Antti's recording session photos here. Also, Warmen's website www.warmen.org will soon re-open after some years of absence."
