CLASSLESS ACT - "It Feels So Good To Be Back In The Studio"
December 19, 2024, 3 days ago
"We took a little break here but promise it was for a good reason," begins a year-end update from Classless Act. "We've officially begun tracking some new music! We've still got a lot of work to do after the holidays but it feels so good to be back in the studio," continues the Los Angeles based rock band. "Get ready for 2025 because we're ready to make it our best year yet. Sending lots of holiday love to you all."
Drummer Chuck McKissock elaborates further: "We’ve been on the grind for the last few months. We’ve been working really hard writing a ton, and brainstorming on how we’re going to present ourselves to YOU, and the world next year. It’s been a long, strange, trip—-but I’m very happy to inform you that drum tracks are finished, and we are underway with new music. We’re very excited to bring you the 2025 version of us, we think you guys are going to be really happy with what we’ve been working on. We thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for being patient, and sticking with us while we’ve been on this journey of inspiration, creativity, and a smidge of re-evaluation. We miss you all tremendously, and cannot wait to return better than ever. Until then, have the best holiday season with your friends, and family, and don’t forget to keep on rockin."
Rhythm guitarist Dane Pieper adds: We have been making moves! Over the past year or so we have fleshed out dozens of demos so now we finally get to bring them to life in the studio. The other day we had a full drum tracking with Matt McJunkins. Chuco did fantastic! Also what was funny, Derek showed up in an Emperor Palpatine mask. Why? Your answer is as good as any. Regardless, these songs are going to be the best in the galaxy. We are looking forward to sharing the music! Happy Holidays to all! See you in 2025."
Bassist Franco Gravante also chimed in: "We’re back in the studio with new music and it’s gonna be awesome! Self-produced album and I’m sure you guys are gonna love it! We just did bass and drums the other day and we’re gonna finish the rest in January if everything goes well. Thank you for all of your support this year, and we hope to see you soon on the road next year. Stay safe our there and have a Merry Christmas!"
