CORROSION OF CONFORMITY - Reed Mullin, Woody Weatherman Discuss New Album At Tour Kickoff Show In New York

CORROSION OF CONFORMITY was established in 1982 in Raleigh, North Carolina by bassist Mike Dean, guitarist Woody Weatherman and drummer Reed Mullin. Ever since then the band has released seven studio albums, 3 EP's, and 1 live album. On February 28, 2012 the band released their self-titled album via Candlelight Records. Recorded at Dave Grohl's Studio 606 in Los Angeles, the album was produced by the band in cooperation with long-time collaborator John Custer. It was mixed by John Lousteau (FOO FIGHTERS) and features artwork by Seldon Hunt (MELVINS, HIGH ON FIRE). The album is available on standard CD, deluxe digipak, and two exclusive vinyl formats.
During, the band's tour kick off show at The Gramercy Theatre in New York Rock City on Thursday, March 1st, Horns Up! had the chance to chat with Mullen and Weatherman about the band's new studio album and connections with Dave Grohl.
