CRAZY LIXX Vocalist Danny Rexon - "We've Never Tried To Be Original"
May 7, 2010, 14 years ago
Spain's Hall Of Metal has issued an interview with CRAZY LIXX vocalist Danny Rexon. The following is an excerpt:
Q: Your sound is both fresh and classic, there are no rare experiments as other bands do in order to suit the new times. Are you proud of your work and to not succumb to fads?
A: "Yes, we’ve never tried to be original. In my mind, hard rock has evolved in a wrong way ever since the early 90s so we basically wanted to pick up from there and just do what we think the great hard rock bands of the 80s would have done if it hadn’t been for the grunge wave."
