On December 14th, Ironbird via Cherry Red Records will be releasing a double CD package bringing together DANGEROUS TOYS’ self-titled debut album (1989) and their second, Hellacious Acres (1991). Reissue details below:
CD1 – Dangerous Toys
Produced by Max Norman (MEGADETH, OZZY OSBOURNE), this is widely considered to be Dangerous Toys’ best release. In regular rotation on MTV, at the time their Southern Rock influenced metal was noticeably different from the hair metal that was then dominating MTV’s Headbangers Ball. The album also includes their breakthrough hit, Teas’n Pleas’n.
