DANGEROUS TOYS Frontman JASON McMASTER To Front ACCEPT At Tonight's Pennsylvania Concert

Accept have announced that Jason McMaster from Dangerous Toys and Watchtower, will rock the stage with them tonight, Thursday, October 20, at Penns Peak in Jim Thorpe, PA, filling in for frontman, Mark Tornillo.

A message states: "As Mark is still on the road to recovery, he has been advised to rest a little more before hitting the stage for the remainder of the current US tour. (We’ve sent him all the soup on earth 😉)

However, Accept's friend and outrageously brilliant metal/rock singer, Jason McMaster, has been awesome enough to step in until Mark is back... for what will now be a one of a kind, unique Accept show! History in the making!!

Jason is extremely familiar with Accept's vintage material, is a world class lead singer with spectacular stage presence and the guys are totally fired up to give you a sensational performance! See you there!! It’s gonna be a unique and thrilling show!

We thank you again for all the kind wishes regarding Mark's health. He is very grateful and says they help tremendously!"

On Sunday (October 16, 2022), for the first time in their history, Accept played an entire show without a singer. It was announced just prior to the show at The Phoenix in Toronto, ON (Canada) that Mark Tornillo had been taken to hospital for an undisclosed illness and the band decided to go on with the show. Guitarists Wolf Hoffmann, Uwe Lulis, Philip Shouse, bassist Martin Motnik and drummer Christopher Williams all sharing vocal duties.

Accept will start their long-awaited Too Mean To Die tour on January 14, 2023 in Oberhausen. The metal Teutons will tour across Europe from mid-January to the end of February, playing 29 gigs in 13 countries, ten of them in Germany alone.

Mastermind Wolf Hoffmann states: "It's been two hard years because we really wanted to go on stage but couldn't for the reasons we know. Anyway, now the time of suffering has come to an end. And only one thing counts now: Accept and our fans are 'too mean to die' - we won't let it get us down and rock the beginning of 2023."
