As initially reported by RollingStone.com on April 10th (click here) JANE'S ADDICTION will reunite for a one-off performance at the NME Awards. They will receive the Godlike Genius Award at the event, which will take place at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, CA on April 23rd. Guitarist Dave Navarro has issued the following fan Q&A;, addressing the the situation and other issues:

Q: With all the Scott Weiland / Matt Sorum drama that's been going on, any idea if or how this will affect CAMP FREDDY?

Navarro: I don't think that Camp Freddy will be in any danger at all. Scott is going to have his hands full with STONE TEMPLE PILOTS so he isn't going to be available for the shows coming up in May anyway.

Q: So is the "Lessons With Dave Navarro" piece going to be a weekly segment (on Spread TV)?

Navarro: "It won't be a weekly segment but you better believe it will be recurring! There are so many incredible guitar players out there and we plan to have as many as we can on. When we do, I will be taking a lesson!"

Q: Did you ever think you or one of you would make that move and initiate Jane's Addiction re-uniting somewhere down the line?

Navarro: "I had always hoped so. Who knows? Maybe we never really broke up and simply take 5-7 year breaks!"
