In this episode David discusses the importance of going beyond just being a musician and being able to network in order to have success in the entertainment industry.
A recent update from Ellefson reads: "I'm honored to be included in the new book, Words Of The Music Masters, written by Tom Sawada and Federico Pereiro.
Other professional musicians featured in the book are bassists MICHAEL MANRING (solo jazz artist) and Larry Grenadier (PAT METHANY), arranger/composer John Clayton (WHITNEY HOUSTON), along with drummers Chester Thompson (GENESIS), Thomas Lang (session drummer) Lenny White (MILES DAVIS), and guitarist John Ambercrombie (JOHN SCOFIELD).
