Deep Purple took part in a press conference at Hellfest in Clisson, France on June 21st. One of the topics discussed in the clip below is the band's current focus on making a new album:
Deep Purple's official YouTube channel has uploaded "a classic piece of Deep Purple vision," looking back at April 1971 when the band visited Montreux Switzerland. It was during this trip they decided to make Montreux the site of their next recording which was to become famous for the events surrounding 'Smoke On The Water'. Local Television looked at how people were 'consuming' music during the period. "A great piece of TV," the band remark.
