DEEP PURPLE To Play 2010 Rockweekend Festival

The 2010 edition of the Rockweekend festival is set to take place July 8th - 10th in Kilafors (two hours north of Stockholm), Sweden.
The first band confirmed for the festival is British rock legends DEEP PURPLE.

As previously reported, Deep Purple's final concert of 2009, which will be held at Paladozza in Bologna, Italy, on Wednesday, December 16th, will be broadcast live by Radio2, a radio station operated by Italian public service broadcaster RAI.
The live broadcast will start at 9 PM (Italian time), 8 PM (GMT).
