Denmark's PILGRIMZ To Play Roskilde Fesival

Denmark's PILGRIMZ are the latest act confirmed for the 2008 Roskilde Festival, taking place July 3rd - 6th in Roskilde, Denmark.
Acts on the bill now include: AT THE GATES, BAND OF HORSES, THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS, CHOIR OF YOUNG BELIEVERS, CLUTCH, EFTERKLANG, ENTER SHIKARI, HOLY FUCK, JOB FOR A COWBOY, L.O.C., MY BLOODY VALENTINE, PILGRIMZ, RADIOHEAD, TEITUR, YEASAYER.
According to a press release, "Pilgrimz are dirty like a mechanic's sweat cloth. Some critics have compared their rocking and rolling metal to a toughened up version of THE HIVES. But when listening to lead singer Max Vegas, you are also easily reminded of a Danish cousin to PANTERA's Phil Anselmo.
We’ll announce record label and release date for Pilgrimz debut album within a few months – but expect the album to be out during the spring of 2008. Furthermore, Pilgrimz has just signed European booking deals with Go Down Believing (HATESPHERE, BETZEFER, DISMEMBER) and Loud Noise (PRO-PAIN, SEPULTURA).
3rd Tsunami Agency (HATEBREED, VOLBEAT) is presenting the band in Scandinavia."
