As previoulsy reported, the band recently issued the following update: "We just posted some killer pics of our upcoming video for the song 'Day Of Mourning'. We'll upload the title track and a video of the "making of" soon!
The Thrash and Burn tour is almost halfway done already. Thanks to everyone that came out so far. The shows are huge.
We'll be back on a massive headlining North American run in the fall with our new record in hand. We'll be sharing the stage with our homies in THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD, ABACABB and MOLOTOV SOLUTION. We haven't played with any of those dudes since 2007. Can't wait to meet up again and destroy a town near you!
We'll be playing a bunch of cities that were skipped on Thrash And Burn, so come hang out."

Despised Icon brought on board an all-star team for the Day Of Mourning recording process. They joined back up with longtime producer (and former guitar player) Yannick St-Amand for all tracking duties with renowned producer Andreas Magnusson (HASTE THE DAY, BORN OF OSIRIS) entering the fold to mix the effort, with mastering being handled by Alan Douches (MASTODON, THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, NILE.
The vicious new offering is set for a September 22nd release. Further updates to follow.
