DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT drummer Ryan Van Poederooyen has checked in with the following update:
"New RVP Drumcam: This is the song 'Numbered' taken from the DTP's recent Scandinavian tour. This footage was taken from our show in Tampere, Finland - March 13th, 2014.The special thing about this cam is that it was taken with a smartphone! This is the Nokia 1020 Smartphone. A Nokia Finland rep approached me about trying to use this phone for my Drumcams. I decided to give it a shot and was very impressed with the results. Great video and audio from this Smartphone. Great for all uses of video. Check it out if you want an awesome all in one Audio/Video recording device/phone. More info here.
This show itself was amazing! Finland ALWAYS has treated us so well. The crowd was loud and proud and it was an amazing experience! I chose the song 'Numbered' to show that you need to lay it down and play for the song and when the time is right, add some flashy stuff when needed (like at the end of this song). Now back to learning Z2!"
