DIAMOND HEAD Drummer Issues Band Update

Drummer Karl Wilcox from NWOBHM legends DIAMOND HEAD has checked in with the following:
"Greetings from DH-Q..I thought it would be worth bringing you up to date on activities within the Diamond Head-quarters.
We had a very busy 16 months touring What's In Your Head?. The tour kicked off at the KIT festival April '07 and climaxed at The Robin in August '08. The tour culminated many highs for us as individuals and as a band.
We had our first headline tour to Ireland, followed by a European tour.
The Jimmy Lee sessions for me, the first Hard Rock Hell. And just when we thought the year couldn't get any better were offered the UK THIN LIZZY tour, and the 'coup de gras" a Historic show in Japan.
We plan to spend time with our families and have much deserved vacations... And to write material for the new album and continue the success of What's In Your Head?."
