DOWN - Upcoming New Orleans Show To Be Band's Only North American Appearance This Year

According to their website, DOWN's upcoming show in their hometown of New Orleans at Tipitina's on Saturday, June 24, will be their only North American appearance this year. The show will also benefit victims of Hurricane Katrina. Doors open at 8 PM, a movie will be shown at 9 PM and the band, which features CORROSION OF CONFORMITY guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan, drummer Jimmy Bower (EYEHATEGOD, SUPERJOINT RITUAL guitarist), bassist Rex Brown (ex-PANTERA), guitarist Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR), and vocalist Philip Anselmo (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, ex-PANTERA), will hit the stage at 10:15 PM.
