EDGUY Frontman Tobias Sammet In The Studio Working On New AVANTASIA Album

EDGUY/AVANTASIA frontman Tobias Sammet has issued the following update:
"Freaks of the world - I just wanted to drop you a few lines as I had a killer weekend. Friday we headlined Masters Of Rock Festival in the Czech Republic, 25,000 crazy fellows gave their everything, although it was fucking cold for a summer day. After the show we went off stage, into the busses and straight to a hotel in Prague, had a four hours nap and then hit the plane to Stockholm, into the van to Kilafors and we could literally hear the last chords of QUEENSRŸCHE's set as we got out off the Van to hit the stage.My schedule makes me feel like Donald Trump. Had a quick small-talk with that ex-THE DARKNESS singer. Jesus, we could be brothers: Similar clothes, similar teeth and we're both considered being a pisstake! Seemingly a very nice guy! Unfortunately I missed the set of his new band. Anyway, it was a cool weekend and I wanna thank all of you who attended the shows. I am off to the studio now, working on Avantasia.
