GIRLSCHOOL - Sound & Vision Tribute To Late Guitarist Set For London This Month

On August 20th, the Rock N Roll Kabaret at the Soho Revue Bar in London, England will be holding a tribute to late GIRLSCHOOL guitarist Kelly Johnson. The event dubbed Kelly Johnson In Sound & Vision. will feature special guests to be announced.
Kelly Johnson passed away on Sunday the 15th of July after fighting a six-year battle with cancer of the spine. Johnson left Girlschool in 1984 but returned to the ranks on 1993. She left the band in 2000 following the recordings for Girlschool's Not That Innocent: 21st Anniversary, released in 2001.
