HANOI ROCKS To Receive Special Emma Award

IFPI Finland (The Finnish National Group of IFPI) has decided to give the Special Emma Award to HANOI ROCKS for the band's pioneer work in exporting Finnish rock music and for Hanoi Rocks' unique charisma and rare vitality as recording artists.
The yearly Emma Awards gala will be celebrated today 8th of March in Helsinki, Kulttuuritalo. Emma Awards is arranged and organised by IFPI Finland (The Finnish National Group of IFPI), the national trade association representing record producers in Finland. The members range from major international record companies (EMI, Sony BMG, Universal, Warner) to small independent record producers.
