ILL NINO Guitarist AHRUE LUSTER To Perform Select Shows With TAIPAN

The international metal project Taipan has checekd in with the following update:
"Ahrue Luster, lead guitarist for world-famous latin metal band Ill Nino and former member of Machine Head will be joining Taipan on stage for select shows, including Brass Mug in Tampa, Florida on April 24th and Wacken Caribbean in Suriname on April 30th. Taipan will be headlining the battle for Wacken Open Air and will be featured on local Suriname news and Headbanger’s Ball. Ahrue will be added to the all-star line-up of musicians recording on the sophomore Taipan album, combining legends of thrash like members of Exodus, Venom, Megadeth and Crowbar with some of the top metal bands of all time, like Ill Nino, Soulfly, Prong and Circle II Cirlce."
Taipan released their debut album, "Straight From The Underground" on October 31st, 2015, which was hailed as one of the top ten thrash albums of 2015.
Taipan’s sophomore album will include Ahrue Luster and three guests from the first CD. Tony Campos (Fear Factory, Soulfly, Prong, Ministry), Chris Poland (Megadeth, Ohm) and Alexander Strelnikov (Imperial Age) will be recording songs for the second album and will also be making select guest appearances to perform with Taipan in 2016.
