KITTIE Drop Off Civil Unrest US Tour With ILL NINO "Due To Issues with Immigration In The USA"

Canadian bashers Kittie have checked in with some sad news for their US fans:

"With heavy hearts, we regret to announce that we will no longer be appearing on the Civil Unrest tour this June with our friends in Ill Nino, due to unforeseen issues with immigration in the USA. This is a huge disappointment, but a situation out of our control, so we hope you understand.

We fully support our friends in Ill Nino and the entire Civil Unrest Tour line up and wish them the best as they continue on this tour without us."

Kittie recently posted a teaser for their forthcoming 20th Anniversary documentary. Check it out below:

In March 2014, Kittie launched an IndieGoGo crowd funding campaign to finance the documentary. They posted the following update shortly after the launch:

"Unbelievable! You have officially spoken! In just 8 hours, you have proven to be the most amazing, dedicated, giving fans anyone could ask for! This project is going to be so great, thanks to you! We have reached our goal!"

Kittie vocalist/guitarist Morgan Lander is featured in an interview with Sami Jarroush at the Rock It Out! Blog discussing the band's 20th Anniversary:
