KIUAS - Lustdriven Hits Top 10 In Finland

Finland's KIUAS have landed at #8 on the official Finnish album charts with their new album, Lustdriven, which was released in that country on March 31st.
Lustdriven, will be released in Germany on April 9th via Soulfood Music Distribution/Spinefarm Records, and on April 26th in the UK via Spinefarm.

Kiuas recently posted another new track from Lustdriven. Check out 'The Visionary' on the band's MySpace page.
Lustdriven was produced by Janne Joutsenniemi, who previously worked with the band on the pre-production of their last album, The New Dark Age. Mikko Karmila mixed the CD at Finnvox studios while the mastering duties were handled by Svante Forsbäck at Chartmakers.

“On this new album, we’ve kept the most aggressive elements of Kiuas,” says guitarist Mikko Salovaara, “everything is very raw and in your face. At the same time, however, we’ve pushed the epic, orchestral side to new heights, and although you’ll find some of our fastest and heaviest songs here, we’ve tried to maintain a real sense of melody throughout.”
