February 25, 2010, 14 years ago
Swiss hard rock legends KROKUS are gearing up for the release of their new reunion album Hoodoo, due out today (Friday, February 26th) in Europe and May 25th in North American via Sony Music Independent Networks. They have issued the following update:
"A day before the official release of the long awaited new CD, Hoodoo, Sony Music of Switzerland invited press + media to Krokus’ home town of Solothurn. Such media events are nothing unusual for the press. However, Krokus wanted to make sure that the fans were part of this event as well. Because without you fans this all would not happen! And 50 of our fans had a chance to win via our fan club a ticket to this event and could bring a friend along as well. A major Swiss boulevard newspaper gave away another 100 tickets and at least 200 Krokus fans made some 'hoodoo' noise in front of the stage. More than 600 people watched the return of the originals musically.
For those of you that could not be part of the magic event, here’s the song list of the CD release showcase."
