Century Media Records has announced stunning reissues of the classic Marduk albums, La Grande Danse Macabre (2001) and World Funeral (2003,) set for release on June 23rd in Europe and June 24th in North America.

Both albums have been out of print for quite a while and will now be released in revamped editions featuring new covers by Maelstrom, vocalist in label mates and Marduk-related act Death Wolf, liner notes, rare photos from the band’s archive and bonus tracks on the CDs / digital albums. Both titles were also remastered by current Marduk bassist Devo Andersson.

The band comments: "La Grande Danse Macabre and World Funeral are once again being made available. Since Marduk ended their cooperation with Regain Records, who later went defunct, these titles among others haven’t been officially available for quite a while. So, Blooddawn Productions worked closely with its partner Century Media Records to bring back these essential Marduk albums. Reinforced and reinvented visually, expanded with liner notes and some rare photos from the band’s archive, La Grande Danse Macabre and World Funeral will be unleashed upon mankind again as limited edition vinyl and mid-price CD and digital album. So, make sure you’ll get your copy and complete your Marduk arsenal! Enjoy the darkness...”
