"Enter this year’s Megadeth Christmas Card Contest and win big! Send us your designs and you could win first prize of a phone call from Dave Mustaine on Christmas morning, two meet 'n greet passes to meet Megadeth on tour, and Megadeth's Rust In Peace Live Blu-ray, autographed by Dave, Chris, David and Shawn. Prizes will also be awarded for 2nd to 10th places.Your card design should be 8" X 5" (20cm X 12cm), portrait or landscape, and be in any medium you choose; hand drawn, photoshop, etc. You must have a copy saved or scanned at 300DPI resolution to send in if you are chosen the winner. "Let me tell you, it is nice to wake up, make some awesome coffee and read the barrage of email's congratulating Megadeth on our Grammy Nomination for "Best Metal Performance". I am really thankful and humbled about the whole thing, and I am looking forward to attending the Grammy's and having a total blast, like we did last year.We are off to both New Zealand and Australia next week - what a great way to end 2010 by playing festivals and getting in some beach time right before the Christmas holidays. 2010 has been a good year..."
The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards will take place in Los Angeles at Staples Center on Sunday, February 13th, 2011, and will air live on the CBS Television Network from 8 – 11:30 PM (ET/PT). As a result of last year's earlier show and Awards process dates, this year the eligibility dates for the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards are September 1st, 2009, through September 30th, 2010. (This year will mark a 13-month eligibility period.)
