MNEMIC Guitarist Comments On Upcoming METALLICA Support Slot

MNEMIC guitarist Mircea Gabriel Eftemie has issued the following update:
"Hello Everybody,Its been a while since the last update, but we've been super busy touring, and touring and guess what... TOURING! Since the beginning of this year we did 4 tours and as we are about to wrap up our mini UK headlining tour, we would like to take a moment and let you all know how fuckin excited we are to be playing with the mighty METALLICA!! This is by far one of the biggest and baddest shows we could have ever dreamt of in our miserable heavy metal quest.
We have been extremely lucky to land a gig as this one. Its not because we are fast, different or good, its just pure luck, ladies and gentlemen. We have been at the right time, at the right place, and thats it! Luckily one of our CDs landed in Lars Ulrichs hands, and I guess that was an opening for Mnemic, to get invited to play with one of the biggest metal/rock acts in our history. Being through so many ups and downs in this band, we definitely consider this as a big achievement. We would like to thank Metallica and their management for making this possible, and bringing another dream we've had to reality! Thank you and "FUCK YEAH!" - with a bright winner smile!
The morning after we fly out for a headlining tour in Portugal - Its going to be a sweet vacation starting off with a Metallica show, going to southern Europe for heavy metal and a tan, for our pale viking asses!

The above mentioned show takes place in Aarhus, Denmark on July 13th. Also on the bill are VOLBEAT.
