Mexican black metallers MOONLIGHT have cancelled their first mini-tour, Diabolos Over Mexico, in support of their brand new album Rex Diabolos.

Frontman Ishtar comments: "Unfortunately I haven't seen interested people so far here in Mexico on the dates that we announced as part of the tour to book us. I want to thank to all the people that in someway supported us and wanted to see Moonlight alive, we will look forward to playing in Europe next year.

Now I will be focused on getting a new label and also with my other band DØDSFALL that I have with V-Rex of ARVAS; we will release our album debut Den Svarte Skogen in August on Obscure Abhorrence Productions. For more info go to

Rex Diabolos was recorded at Control Zeta Studio in Leon, Mexico and mixed by the frontman Lord Ishtar at Sound Cool Studio. The mastering was done by Magnus Devo Andersson at Endarker Studio in Sweden (MARDUK, RAGNAROK) and includes a total of ten songs, including a cover of the classic 'Life Eternal' from the mighty MAYHEM.
