OBITUARY Comment On New Candlelight Deal; Full US Tour Set For September

John Tardy, frontman for Tampa-based death metal legends OBITUARY has issued the following update:
"First I need to say how happy we are to be signed with a new record company. We signed with Candlelight Records. We did a lot of work over the last several months and Candlelight just felt right for Obituary. It feels like we hit the ground running with this label and things are already moving forward quickly. We have a release date of September, 11 in North America and September, 10 in Europe. We have been in the studio full time working on the new album and it is coming along great. We have a lot of shows coming up too. Mexico, Australia, South America, Europe and a full US Tour in September. There is a lot going on and I will give you more information as we go along.
