Guitarist Nige Rockett of UK metallers ONSLAUGHT has issued the following message on behalf of the band:
"Hi Ladies / Gentlemen & Total LunaticsMyself and the rest of the guys would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all the love and amazing support we have received from everyone in 2008.
It has probably been the one of the most exciting and successful years in the history of Onslaught and has surpassed all expectations on every front, if 2009 is half as good, it will be another awesome period....
There have been far too many highlights to mention and many moments we can't quite remember for some reason (Jagermeister usually), but needless to say we'll be back out to visit you all as soon as the new album that we are currently writing is released.......
Have an extremely Happy / Metal and Drunken New Year."
