OZZY OSBOURNE - "If It Wasn't For BLACK SABBATH, I Would Have Been Fucking Dead Long Ago"

OZZY OSBOURNE believes he would have ended up dead or in prison if he didn't become a rock star.
The BLACK SABBATH singer says his future would have been bleak if he never hit the big time.
He tells British newspaper The Sun, "Long-haired boy in prison. 'How old are you?' 'Seventeen.' 'Just bend over that barrel.' I'd have come back with a higher voice!
"Oh! I mean, if it wasn't for Black Sabbath, I would have been fucking dead long ago."Nowadays I just keep my head above water. I don't drink any more, I don't do drugs, I don't smoke cigarettes, I'm quite boring, actually."
He adds, "I've done a lot of shit and bad stuff to my body so why ruin the years I've got left on this planet? I want to try to do some good stuff. I mean, I lit the fucking candle at both ends.
"People have died doing half as much as me. But at the end of the day I wasn't really having fun with it. It didn't work for me. It was fucking awful."When I went to my dentist the other day somebody told me they'd been on a holiday to the Caribbean. They went to this bar and this guy goes, 'Do you know who that guy is over there?' And they say 'no' and it's Keith Richards, drunk.
"Who am I to say it's wrong? He enjoys it, it's his life. If I could enjoy it then I'd drink."
