RUSH, who hadn’t performed on US television in more than three decades, played their classic 'Tom Sawyer' on Comedy Central show The Colbert Report on Wednesday, July 16th.
Rush news site Power Windows now reports: "On Wednesday, July 16th, Rush appeared on The Colbert Report. The complete episode is available on Colbert's website.
Before taking the stage, however, Rush answered the challenge and performed 'Tom Sawyer' as part of the video game Rock Band. How did it go? After playing the song, Geddy quips, "I'm joining another band..."
